For the second one I said must cut horizontally dividing the cake into top part and bottom part.
Which is correct right? :P
Although le hong's answer is more mathematical lar..
Note to le hong: My answer is not a lame answer la... It makes sense! One person will lose out on icing though.. but his piece is still the same size :P
