MAS Scholarship (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Deadline: not sure

This is a Singapore scholarship like GIC. Six year bond as well. But I think it's easier to get la :P
I think this scholarship might be just for Singaporeans, but I'm not sure.
Maybe the Cambridge/Imperial/Warwick/other top uni people can apply.
